He suggested that I should increase the fuel pressure by turning a screw under an assembly on top of the TBI. I called Howell (about the 5 th time) and spoke with Rob. I attached a vacuum meter to the PCV line and got a steady reading of 22 Hg, when I stepped on the throttle it went to 0 and immediately back to steady 22 when I let go of the pedal. I sprayed everything with starting fluid to check for vacuum leaks but no response. I noticed that the sensor I put in (got the partno from Howell) had a different marking than the old one but it did not change anything. I changed the O2 sensor fora new one, but still no luck.
